Vice Dean and Professor at the School of Social and Behavioral Sciences, Nanjing University. His research spans four interconnected areas: Population, Environment, Technology, and Society (PETS); Migration, Mobility, and Health; and Population Dynamics and Sustainable Well-Being. He has authored over 70 articles in prestigious journals indexed in the Social Science Citation Index (SSCI), Science Citation Index-Expanded (SCIE), Arts & Humanities Citation Index (A&HCI), and Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index (CSSCI).
